Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of design and development, not an afterthought.
What we do
Pages use semantic headings and landmarks, form fields have visible labels, interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, focus is clearly visible, images carry descriptive alternative text, and colour combinations are checked for contrast.
The directory can be used entirely without a map: a list view presents the same results, and location detection is always optional.
Known limitations
Interactive map imagery is inherently visual. Every practitioner shown on the map also appears in the results list with full details, which is the accessible equivalent.

If something on this site is difficult to use, tell us through the contact form and describe the page and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as a priority. Please do not include health information in your message.
