This website is a public directory and educational resource. It is not a patient portal and is not used to deliver medical care. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, test results or any other health information through our forms.
Any message that contains health information will be deleted rather than acted on. To discuss care, contact a practitioner directly using the details on their profile.
Information you give us
If you submit the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message so we can respond to certification, listing or general website questions.
If you create a practitioner account, we store the profile details you choose to publish, such as your practice name, biography, specialties, languages, location and contact links.
Information collected automatically
To show practitioners near you, we estimate an approximate city-level location from your internet connection. This estimate is used to prefill the search field and is not stored against your identity.
If you select "Use my location", your browser asks for permission first and the coordinates are used only in your current search session.
How information is used
We use the information described above to operate the directory, respond to inquiries, verify practitioner credentials and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, mapping and location estimation. They may process limited technical data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Your choices
